RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1 Ponchos: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns for our ponchos. These items

are very delicate and of exceptional quality, and we maintain a strict quality control

process. To ensure the integrity of the products, once they are sold, we cannot accept

returns.

2 Alpargatas: For our alpargatas, we also do not offer exchanges or returns. Since these

products are shipped from Uruguay, the shipping costs for returns or exchanges can

often exceed the price of purchasing a new pair. We recommend that if the alpargatas do

not fit or meet your expectations, consider keeping them, gifting them to a friend, or

purchasing a new pair. Please remember that by purchasing our products, you are

contributing to a meaningful cause. We donate our profits to help combat child hunger.

Without prior approval and express written permission, you may not create frames around our

Web pages or use other techniques that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance

of our Web site.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

• What is your return and exchange policy for ponchos? We do not offer exchanges or

returns for ponchos. These products are very delicate and of exceptional quality, and we

maintain a strict quality control process.

• Can I return or exchange my alpargatas? No, we do not offer exchanges or returns for

alpargatas. Shipping and opera costs from Uruguay can often exceed the price of a new

pair, so we recommend considering keeping them, gifting them to a friend, or purchasing

a new pair. By purchasing our products, you are contributing to a meaningful cause. We

donate 50% of our profits to organizations working to eradicate child hunger. This makes

it worthwhile to keep the product, as you are supporting a great mission!

• Why don’t you offer refunds? We do not provide refunds as we uphold a strict quality

control policy and believe that our products maintain their value when purchased.

• What should I do if my product doesn’t fit? If your alpargatas do not fit, we suggest

keeping them, gifting them to someone else, or purchasing a new pair.

• How does my purchase help your cause? By purchasing our products, you are contributing

to our mission to combat child hunger. We donate our profits to support this cause, so
